Stay Smart Expands Further in Boden with Acquisition of Fifth Property

Stay Smart continues its expansion and has now acquired its fifth property in the growing city of Boden. The newly acquired property, located at Svartbyleden 80, is a spacious 12-room villa with a total area of 505 square meters. Built in 1938, the property offers great potential for our corporate housing solutions, providing flexibility for various uses.

The property has undergone extensive renovations, including the installation of a new geothermal heating system, roof, facade, insulation, and windows. These improvements ensure both high comfort and energy efficiency.
