Stay Smart Holding AB Appoints Ola Stendebakken as Managing Director and Member of the Management Board

Ola brings extensive experience in real estate investment, capital allocation, and asset value creation, with a proven career focused on strengthening financial performance and driving strategic growth across the Nordic markets.

With a background as a partner and senior executive at the leading asset management firm Midstar AB, Ola has managed multi-billion-kroner real estate portfolios, executed complex transactions, and led high-impact initiatives in hotel and commercial property investment. His track record includes sourcing and structuring acquisitions, enhancing asset returns, and building strong, long-term stakeholder relationships.
