The property Bjurhovda 18, known locally as Top Tower or Bjurhovdatoppen, is a 15-story building located in Bjurhovda in the central parts of Västerås that Stay Smart acquired in February 2022. The building is 3,950 square meters in size, divided into 155 apartments. Top Tower was was built in 1969 and has been a well-known landmark in the area ever since, given its unusual height. In 2022 Stay Smart renovated more than 100 apartments in the building.
